Hey! My name is Matt Gibb. I love coding, and I love building useful tools. I started off hacking 7 years ago, analysing some high-throughput genetic expression data in Matlab. Now, my professional time is split between building reusable 3D image processing pipelines and frameworks to construct realistic geometries from cardiac MRI and histological data (github.com/mattgibb/registration, github.com/mattgibb/segmentation, github.com/mattgibb/visualisation), and working with the Chaste C++ library (http://web.comlab.ox.ac.uk/chaste/) to simulate arrhythmias on those geometries.
